I asked to have my account cancelled fully a year ago and I am still being billed. The person assured me at the time a year ago that I would be cancelled and it keeps showing up. I am beyond frustrated and angry - and I used to love all things RealPlayer. Please resolve this issue or tell me how to resolve this issue!!!
