Real Player shuts down seconds after opening

All of a sudden my RealPlayer cannot stay open...I am trying to burn a CD and even as I start labeling songs to burn, it shuts down after about 15 seconds with a notification...
Then when I can keep it open long enough to attempt a burn, it will not catch even at 4x burning speed.

  I just deleted all the tracks and rebooted...downloaded them again and this time it stayed open...go figure...
