Realplayer upgrade

I downloaded the next upgrade for Realplayer and it keeps on failing with:

"Install did not complete, download again"

Then when I download again it says:

"file c:\windows\syswow64\msvcp71.dll is in use by other applications"

Then exits. 

 

This has already uninstalled my current version but it won't re-install the new version downloaded multiple times.  I'II have to check for my original download to see if that works and ignore updates.

  Can you please restart your computer and try to install again?

  Found the original download and this also failed. Checked windows notifications and found that previous directory security had been removed (must of been by a windows update). Once write directory access allowed install completed and update applied.
