Update Options

Today, December 18, 2023, when I turned on my desktop computer, I had a message to upgrade Realplayer.  The options came up in tiny writing, and I think I made a mistake and accepted the first option.  Luckily I caught it on the second option and said No Thanks.  This post is to please find out what the first two options that RealPlayer offers in this most recent upgrade.   Thank you.

  The upgrade prompt mentions that if you purchased RealPlayer previously, you MIGHT lose those entitlements if your purchase was for an older version. It also says that if you haven't paid for RealPlayer, you won't lose anything. 

  Seeing your account, you have a free account. So this won't impact you. You can go ahead and install the latest version.
