Why the sudden download issues and what happened to my current one-time purchased Plan?

I have records for my purchase of the one time RealPlayer Plan (22/08/2021    *REALPLAYER 206-674-2400 WA USD 0.80 (MYR 3.40) and 24/08/2021 -*REALPLAYER 206-674-2400 US USD 24.99 (MYR 108.31) which does not seem to be reflected in my current account Plan section in the Real Time Account (the Plan section does not indicate the 24.99 Plan which I have purchased before). Also, the account setting for my RealPlayer Downloader seemed to be not working suddenly today and trying to reroute me to "Upgrade to Premium") which I do not prefer. Please explain and reinstate my current Plan - which is supposed to be a one-time purchase.

  My real Player just suddenly stopped working, won't even launch at this point in time. No downloading either. I also have a one-time paid subscription to RealPage. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and it still refuses to launch.

  My Reatime 22 one-time pay has become dysfunctional on downloads after a Windows update.  What happened?
