I can not access Real Player Plus 14.0.0.669

I am using Real Player Plus. V 14.0.7.669 and I paid for it and have been using REAL PLAYER PLUS for a long time.

Now it won't let me log in and I have to use the free version. What happened?

Can you fix this? I did pay for it. Please help.
