Lost my unrestricted RP Downloader speeds with upgrade to Real 24, and I'm signed in - ?

I had paid for RP Downloader and liked it. 

But I'm regretting upgrading Real itself separately to version 24.  Now if I open Downloader, it says if I want unlimited speeds I have to pay $24.95 to upgrade to RealPlayer Download 24 Express. 

That would be illegal nonsense.  You can't take functionality out of an app I paid for, to make me pay again to put it back in. 

I looked at past similar forum articles, and they recommended making sure you're signed in in RPD.  But I am signed in, I even signed out and back again.  And it still gives me the upgrade popup anytime I try to reset to my original Unlimited speed setting. 

And I haven't yet found a way to roll back the RP24 upgrade. 

How do I get my unlimited rights back?

  I have the exact same issue.  just emailed CS.  Let's see how they are going to answer me.
