I am on Windows 10. Until today, my Realplayer thumbnails showed an image from the video. (Ie not the blue box.)   I have tried the suggested apporach of clearing the thumbnail cache in Disk Cleanup but that hasn't worked.  Can anyone help me, please.  Thank you.
