Mobile Login problem

I'm trying to login to mobile app. Enter correct email and password and get:

Authorization keyword missing. User GUID authorization is not allowed. Please use token-based authorization.

  What OS is your mobile device? Are you able to login to the PC version of RealPlayer with your credentials.
