Real Player Plus not automatically running after fresh install

Hi

I purchased Real Player Plus back in April 2020. I have my invoice number if needed. After having some problems with Bitdefender whilst trying to update Real Player I re-installed it but now can't get it to run in Plus, only the free mode. I'm logged in but it says 'Upgrade To Premium'.

Any ideas?

  We don't see a paid account under your hotmail address. What is the email address associated with your purchase?

  If you purchased in 2020, you purchased RealPlayer 20/20.
