I recently "upgraded" to RealPlayer Plus. Not only does it NOT allow me to record live-streaming, it no longer allows me to download anything.

I WANT A REFUND BUT THEY DON'T PROVIDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO COMPLAIN, LET ALONE GET A REFUND
