Won't accept my credit card to upgrade to premium

I want to burn DVDs but it won't accept my visa card for some reason. I have more than the cost in the account.

  Don't bother, this company used to be good but it has turned into a soulless corporate entity. save your money and go for something else.

  the support is atrocious with canned responses if you even get that.

  the software is buggy with features like downloads not working

  A lifetime license lasts about 2 years before they make you pay more for a new one.

  the list goes on
