Won't let me type my email address

Initially I wanted to change/update my email address. Real player wouldn't let. Then I read, while trying to research the problem, is if the account is very old I cannot update it. So I deleted my account and reinstalled with a new account but now I cannot enter my email address at all. BTW this was all prompted by the fact that the download thing- a-Maj-gig hanging from the top of my desk top screen disappeared.

  It appears to be working with the new download.

  I am having the same problem - I cannot enter my email address to log in. I tried reinstalling and overinstalling RealPlayer, does not work.

   

  If I attempt to reset my password, it still will not allow me to enter my email!
