    J'ai acheté une licence RP plus mais depuis que j'ai réinstallé ma machine l'option plus ne fonctionne plus.

    Comment dois-je faire ?

    Eric,

    We don't offer support in French anymore. I see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus. I also see that you used Google as your login, so logout of RealPlayer and click Sign in again. When prompted to Sign in, click the Google Logo and connect.
