    We recently made changes to our storage plans. We sent out a series of emails in the month of September, 2017 regarding this. 

    Effective 1st October, 2017, all RealTimes Premium plans have now become 25GB of Cloud storage. We had requested all our users to download their content from the Cloud. If you had more than 25GB of Cloud, your content was deleted. We are unable to recover any of the deleted content.
