    Private folders don't interact with RealDownloader so I am not sure why it would stop from downloading videos for you. Restarting RealDownloader should help. Follow these steps:

    1. Right click on RealPlayer icon near your system clock on the bottom right corner of your Windows.

    2. Click Restart RealDownloader

    Try to download videos again.

    Please note: We have a known issue with Firefox. Our engineers are working on resolving the issue. Until such time, request you to use an alternate browser.
