This player is a bad joke.

I tried to watch two DVDs on this player, so frustrating.  Took forever to get the first DVD to even play.  The picture was not clear.  The second DVD would not play until I restarted the DVD player about 6 times, then it went into slow motion. On a fixed income I cannot afford to waste money on scams like this..

You make it clear no refunds because you know you have a bad product, and that makes this a Scam.  Shame on you for taking advantage of people.  

I will definitely spread the word to never download this.  Real Player, you no longer have any credibility.  If I can stop my payment, I will.

  I suggest you get proof that this happened and why would you not stick to free version if you are on a fixed income?

  You mentioning someone not sticking with the free version when they are on a fixed income is uncalled for & non of your damn business & it certainly does NOT give you the right to rip them off.
