The Real Player is still not working

I have installed K-Lite codec pack as you instructed and reboot the computer. However, the problem is still exist.  It can't play mp 4, flv etc, but some video format can be played. When I tried to burn the video to DVD disk, it doesn't work in all formats.

I found that if I use real player free version, I can play all video formats, but when I login to activate the burn function, then the problem appeared.

Can you tell me what to do now?

  I subscribed to real player plus but I cannot access my old e-mail . I don't know what to do
