Can't access visualizations with new version

This doesn't seem to have been addressed in a previous post.  I didn't want to install the new version, because with each new installation I lose my visualization (Annabelle the Sheep).  When I finally installed the new version (because I thought you had fixed the problem), I can't get Annabelle back.  I clicked on the Real Player icon --> View --> Choose Visualization; Annabelle the Sheep is highlighted, but when I go to Visualization Settings it says I have no visualization chosen.  If I can't get Annabelle back, I'm switching to Windows Media Player.  I use Windows 7 and the latest version of Chrome; the Real stuff just gets bigger, clunkier and less useful.

  Problem solved; Real Player needs to be restarted for changes to take effect.
