Can't sign in it just spins

I have used the free version in the past. I upgraded and can't sign in. It acts like it wants to, but it just spins. I tried doing the advice of the services.msv twice, but it still won't start. I paid the money and the credit card has been charged. I'm about ready to cancel and ask for a refund.

  To resolve this issue, please overinstall RealPlayer. Here is how to do it:

  1. Go to www.real.com and download the free RealPlayer

  2. Install RealPlayer

  3. You will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simple click Ok to continue and follow the online instructions

  4. Sign in after installation is complete

  Please let us know if the issue persists.
