realplayer with no video picture

to whom it may concern the new update to Realplayer made the software terrible videos that I have do not show the picture just the sound I can not download more than one video at a time why is this happening and how can I fix this problem?

P.S. I even tried preferences to fix the issue where I used hardware and clicked on video card compatibility and still doesn't work!

  Multiple downloads at a time is now a paid feature. If you have purchased RealPlayer Plus, please sign into RealPlayer to activate your paid features.

  We currently have a known issue regarding playback of certain file formats. Our engineering team is working on resolving it. I will email you as soon as it is resolved.
