Why does real player play some video downloads and others are pixelated black and white still

  We are aware of an issue where certain .FLVs, .MKVs and .WebM files don't play in the latest version of RealPlayer. Our engineering team is aware of it and are working on resolving the issue. I will email you when the issue is resolved.
