What does, "Currently no connection to Real Times," mean?

I am trying to sign into Real Times or Real Player, but when I tried it 2 times it said, "Currently no connection to Real Times. To reset your connection, please restart your computer."

Whenever I restart my computer, and try to sign in, nothing changes...I still cannot sign in.

  Simply over-install RealPlayer. To over-install, simply download RealPlayer from www.real.com and go through the installation process. When you are prompted that you already have RealPlayer installed, proceed with the installation. This will basically over write RealPlayer and your sign in page should show up again.
