How do I submit a help ticket?

I am a premium (paid) member and cannot for the life of me find a place to submit a ticket for technical support.

I have the RealTimes app/channel on my Roku. For the past month or so, anytime I select RealTimes from my channels screen, it looks like it's about to load then it just goes back to the main Roku channels screen.
