error message

I get a general error msg stating end of file error   parsing AC3audio stream. This after the program has ran through the loading process and all clips show lined out as if on tape.  Please advise.  jimy2k12@yahoo.com  1760 333 8120

  Myself and many other people have had this issue since April (2018). Real player said back then that they were aware of the issue and were trying to fix it, which it still has not been, even with the recent software update.

  The error only seems to affect MP4 files. If you use Real Converter and convert the MP4 files to Real Media HD then they will burn without problem. Annoyingly this does take extra time, and the picture does pixel on occasions if the scene has very dark lighting or fast moving images, but at least you can still burn stuff until they fix the problem.
