Realdownloader Unable to download any videos

Starting yesterday morning, Realdownloader has been unable to download any videos.  The download dropdown box works & identifies the video, but after clicking "download this video, the download progress box opens but states it is unable to download the video.  This has happened on every video site.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  I over installed yesterday when I upgraded.  I still can't download any videos.  The drop down box on no longer works and I only get messages on the real player that the video failed to download.

  We are aware of some changes made on websites like YouTube which has caused RealDownloader to not download videos.

  Our engineers are working on resolving this issue. We will email you as soon as it is resolved.
