Can' get signed into RealPlayer

can't sign into Real Player. Every time I try to sign to open Real player it ask me to sign in but when I put in my email and password it says you have to restart and after I restart I get the same message. What's with that?

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  I got this it took my password but i try to sign real +  iget invaled passward
