Blank Screen after Logging In

I just downloaded RealTimes on my Macbook Air and whenever I put in my login information, a blank white screen shows up. What is the problem?

  We stopped supporting the Mac version of RealTimes. You will not be able to sign into RealTimes. We currently support only the PC version.
