dvd play but no visual and data tool info is wrong .it was right before
please have tech get in touch with me my real player will play dvd but it has no visual. it will record video but won't play back. I check my data tool my information is no longer their it's all gone . infact I reinstalled it and lost all my videos /pictures they did not come ack HELP !
