I can't sign in

I have version 18.1 I have an HP with windows 10. I have a place called Affordable Computer Repair who keeps all of that nasty crap out of my pc. I can't sign in and I got to a page where it wanted me to choose Facebook or Google I pressed Google but I'm having trouble with Facebook where they keep not recognizing me so I keep making new passwords. Ya, they suck! I tried to do an update but Steve has to do that. Are you having a problem with signing in? It's probably on my end.  I need an exorcist to come and drive out this evil spirit cuz I am constantly having problems. Maybe you've encountered this, that whenever Microsoft does an update it messes with different things like the audio Maybe I have to have administrative privlledges  to sign it. I'd appreciate any help you can give me. I'm one of those trying to download from Youtube so I was glad to see that you're working on it. Thank you

  We see that you chose the Google option when you created your account. Therefore, please click on Google in the sign in window and enter your gmail credentials to activate your RealPlayer Downloader Express.
