How to download a video when Realplayer downloader does not work
How to Download a video when the little blue downloader does not work or cannot find any videos to download.
Open Real player.
Click on the Real Player icon top left.
Click on 'Download a video' - This will open the download box.
Go to You Tube (or wherever the video you want is) and play your chosen video.
Right click on the web page address at the top of the screen and select COPY.
Go to your open Real player download box and right click on 'Download a video from a web link' and select PASTE, this will copy the website address into the little box, then click on the little downward arrow next to the copied address and it should look for your video and start downloading it.
This does not fix the little blue downloader icon, but at least you should be able to download stuff until Real player fix the problem.

Our engineering team released a new version which fixes the download issue.
To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
