can't burn a cd. get this error message: insert blank cd, will not fit\

I have a problem.

I cannot burn any CD

I put in new CD's any always get this message:  insert blank cd, after a minute, will not fit.

 

Any suggestions?

  Can you please send us a screenshot of your RealPlayer showing this error? Can you also let us know if you are trying to choose Audio CD or MP3 format as your output.
