RealMedia HD files incompatibility

Files converted to RMHD crash RealPlayer in Microsoft Insider Version of Windows 10 (1809). Installed 12/20/18. This issue only affects recent files converted to HD, not files downloaded/converted PRIOR to install date.  Can not find anything in support that indicates this issue has been identified.

  We will have to test this in our lab. Would you be able to send us a sample RMHD file that causes RealPlayer to crash?

  To send us a file up to 1 GB in size, please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to https://tobor2.prognet.com/cgi-bin/incoming.cgi
  2. You will see instructions for attaching the file. Choose the file you want to send us.
  3. In the "to" section, enter "gsharma".
  4. In the box below, enter your email address and/or ticket number, along with a brief note about the issue (just a sentence is fine).
  5. Click Send.

  We will review the file(s). If for some reason we have difficulty receiving the file, we will let you know.
