The download video does not auto populate

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Real player.

Enbled the add on and also enabled third party browser extension on IE

I have reset IE , even tried google chrome, I am unable to get auto pop up for video download.

However if I copy URL and use the download option , I am able to downloadthe video.

But video download link does not auto populate

I am using windows 8.1 and its upto date

All the browsers ,flash player , Java is upto date

Please get back to me with the next step

  Based on your description, it is your firewall program that is blocking RealDownloader from showing up. Please open your Firewall program's settings and "allow" RealDownloader.
