CD書き込みが出来ない

CDライターが見つかりません

リアルプレイヤーがコンピューターのCDライターを検出できませんでした。

CDライターをお使いの場合は、それが正しくインストールされている事を確認してください。

上記の表示がでてしまいます。OSはWIN10です

  We offer support only in English. Can you please let us know if you are trying to burn an audio cd or a DVD? If your Windows is able to detect your CD/DVD drive, it is quite possible either your burner feature or the disk is faulty.

  Please note: You will need to have a paid feature to use DVD burn functions or MP3 CD burn functions.
