  How odd.
  
  It works on my old laptop with no issues. It was working on my new computer but it stopped and no longer provides the download button on either chrome or IE.

  If you have any firewall program installed, you will need to "allow" RealDownloader in it. Please contact your Firewall program support on how to do it.
