Cannot burn DVD's

Cannot burn any Real Player downloads, Error message says software needed to decode is not available. During burning tries sometimes locks up then it will not relaunch at all. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck. CD burner seems to work properly. Can I get a refund?
