cant burn dvd's from library after dooing an update from you

hi

I've been using realplayer for several years without any problem. I am still using all the same equipment, BUT since doing YOUR update I cant burn. I get a general error message "end of file : error parsing ac3 audio steam" . I find your "support" system useless except that there is a post from someone named john from the U K that has had the same problem. there was no FIX attached to his post. please help. thanks
