How do you get realplayer to work with google chrome?

Realplayer freezes and malfunctions with google chrome. How do I get it to work?

  We are aware of this issue. We will email you as soon as it is resolved. In the meanwhile, here are some instructions that helps with the freezing of Chrome.

  1. Right click on your taskbar and open TaskManager.
  2. Under Details tab and sort it by Name.
  3. Please look for the following and right click to End task.
   a. Downloader2.exe
   b. Realdownloader264.exe
  4. Close all Chrome browsers and other browsers you have opened.
  5. Go back to TaskManager and to the Details tab.
  6. End task all Chrome.exe available.
  7. Once you have taken care of this, please open Chrome.
