  Can you please follow these steps to ensure Downloader is enabled?

  1. Open RealDownloader.

  2. Click the Downloader logo from the top left corner and click Preferences.

  3. Ensure "Turn on Download This Video in Chrome, Edge and Firefox browsers:" is checked.

  4. Click Ok.

  If it is already checked, please let us know which browser you are using.
