Unable to download videos from Chrome or RealPlayer Web

So I used to have the ability to open a website in realplayer web but for the past week, every time I open a page in the realplayer web, it freezes or does not give me the option to download the video. I haven't had the option to download videos from Chrome for a long time now. I can't get anyone on the phone from support and it seems that every time realplayer works, there's a new update that completely messes everything up all over again. Does anyone know how to get the download option working again in Chrome and realplayer web?
