I cannot activate my real player account as i needed to install additional components. When I tried to do this i received an error message: -
The software update 'PlayPack' could not be verified as authentic. Please check your computer's clock to ensure time and date are set correctly and try to download again.
I have checked the settings in my computer and they are correct.
So the problems remain on not installing updates and not playing videos on my iphone.
As I have loss of service which i pay a monthly subscription I expect a refund as this is an internal issue in your organisation
