This is reply to email I received from Customer Service.

No, I do not have a free account, I have a Premium Account therefore I do have RealPlayer Plus even though it does not say Plus on the Title bar I still have RealPlayer Plus.

  Can you please let us know what version of RealPlayer is? If you are seeing "Plus" on RealPlayer you are probably on an older version. We have replaced "Plus" to a star (*). If you are on the latest version, you will see a star (*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer.
