Can't download videos from youtube.

Contrary to the site displaying that the download a video has been fixed
YOU STILL CANNOT DOWNLOAD VIDEOS FROM YOUTUBE. Thanks

  Can you please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. We would like you to click the Details tab and let us know what the Product Version is? 

  Please note: It should be 2020.01.24

  I had difficulties downloading so I uninstalled Realplayer  and then re-downloaded it. however I'm not sure that my premium which I paid for last year has re-installed.... also, even though the Download Icon descends on YouTube the downloading band moves across, but then tells me "unable to download"......very frustrating!....what can be done?    MICHAEL SANDERSON
