The temporary fix you posted in the help file doesn't work. All I get when I try to download a video is, "Unable to download this video." If you've got a legitimate fix, I'd like to know about it. If not, I'll strip Real off my computer and call it done.

Windows 10, Edge, Firefox and IE don't work

  Can you please let me know which web browser you use to download videos? Can you also please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. We would like you to click the Details tab and let us know what the Product Version is?
  
  Please note: It should be 2020.01.24

  Can you also provide us with a sample URL so we can test it in-house.
