problema con los videos descargados

me ha sucedido que he descargado videos con esta aplicacion ( que considero muy buena ) y los he pasado a un pendrai , pero cuando los busco en tv no aparecen

  If you connect the pen drive to your PC, does the PC detect the videos stored in the pen drive? If yes, then you will need to contact your TV's support to find out why it doesn't read the files from the pen drive.
