Realplayer findet keine filme mehr

auf einmal findet der realplayer keine filme mehr, was sonst kein problem war. 

wenn ich in der suchleiste einen titel eingebe, erscheint "loading" und das wars dann. auch bei alten filmen, die ich schon gebrannt habe, passiert nichts.
