    We don't store any of your files unless they are stored in the Cloud. If you are using the Cloud, you can upload photos and videos only. Looking at your Cloud account, we see that you have used very little of the space. That being said, we believe that your files are stored in a PC. You will need to manually move the photos and music files over to a PC that uses williamrapidcity@yahoo.com.
