OK! I got your message! I printed everything out so I would make sure I did everything exactly like you said. I went to my account and it say's I have Plus, but when I open up Realplayer all it shows is some crappy Video's. I went to Control Panel to make sure UAC is turned on? As of two weeks ago my Realplayer was working fine! I think if you check for past complaints I have only contacted you two maybe three times, and I think for the number of years I have been with you that is very good! My cell number is 512-656-1219 (Austin, Texas) If you can IP into my computer to find out what the problem is. I am at the end of what I know... Thank You
