Cannot download video

I HAD BEEN A REAL PLAYER MEMBER FOR A LONG TIME AND NOW I HAVING PROBLEM DOWNLOADING VIDEOS. CAN GET ANY HELP FROM REALPLAYER TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I HAVE POSTED TWO TIMES ON COMMUNITY BOARD BUT NO HELP TO RESOLVE ISSUE. i HAVE ALSO CALLED MAIN PHONE NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES - 1 206 674 2696 AND RECEIVING MESSAGES "NOONE IS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER YOU CALL". COULD SOME ONE FROM REALPLAYER CALL ME 1-262-620-7153?

  Yes, could you let me know when it is resolved as well?  I rely on the download feature every day.  Presumably YouTube changed something to make it harder to download.
